Do you ship to my country?

Most likely, yes! We ship to most countries.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE worldwide on orders with 3+ products! Otherwise it is €5

How long will it take to get my order?

All our tees are produced within 1-3 days and then shipped from the distribution hub closest to you. The following are estimated shipping times:

  • Norway: 4- 7 days
  • Denmark: 5-7 days
  • Sweden: 3-5 days
  • Germany: 4-7 days
  • United States: 4- 7 days
  • United Kingdom: 4-5 days
  • Europe: 5-10 days
  • Australia: 5-8 days
  • Canada: 3-7 days
  • Rest of world: 7-10 days

90% of orders arrive within 5 days of ordering

Will I have to pay customs?

Most of orders have no customs fees!

Customers outside of the EU, US, UK, CA, AU, NZ, Norway and Singapore may have customs duties to pay.

How can i track my order?

You'll receive a shipment email with a tracking number to follow your order.

It may take the carrier 2-5 business days to update the status.

Will items arrive separately?

Our made-to-order model means items might be created and shipped from different locations, so they may arrive separately.

I think my parcel is lost, what should I do?

All parcels are sent tracked, but we can't control them after leaving our warehouse. If you're worried about a lost or delayed parcel, please contact us, and we'll do our best to help.

Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located beside the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

You can change your mind and modify or cancel your order until the order is processed. Once the order is processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

My order never arrived, what do I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at loyaltoprint@gmail.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

I'm between sizes on the size guide, what should I do?

All our products run true-to-size. So if in doubt, get your usual size.

  • For a tighter fit: size down.
  • For a baggier fit: size up.
How do I care for my clothes?

BABY TEE

  • Machine wash, warm water, inside out, with similar colours.
  • Tumble dry on a low heat.
  • Iron inside out.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Since each tee is made to order, we cannot support returns. This means if you no longer want an item or ordered the wrong size or color, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Our commitment to reducing waste is at the heart of everything we do. If you don't want the item, consider gifting it to someone or donating it to a charity shop. Every "mistake" can become a delightful surprise for someone else!

What is the free replacement policy?

If your product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it for free. Just reach out within 30 days of delivery, and we'll help you sort it out. Make sure you send a picture of the affected product and your order number.
